The Mission Bible Class Team is passionate about equipping Christians with simple tools to share God’s Word with children in ways that shape their worldview and guide them into a lifelong, faithful relationship with Jesus Christ.
As teachers, we sometimes just need a place to start. With that in mind, we have provided basic information and simple ideas. With the help of generous churches and individuals, we have expanded this work into a variety of services that help churches and individuals discover ways to share God’s Word with children.

Mary Nelson created and authors Mission Bible Class and has spent the past decade writing and compiling resources to help Christians share the Word of God with children.
In addition to working on this website, conducting training workshops, and mentoring students, Mary publishes a regular podcast, Bible, Glitter and Glue, with her husband, David. Episodes average 25 minutes and provide Bible teaching and creative ideas for sharing the Bible with adults and children.
Mary and her family serve at their local church in New Zealand.
Tamara (Tae) Perkins

Tae is a professional bilingual translator and teacher who loves God and His Word. She worked with Mission Bible Class as the translation editor for our Spanish-language site Misión: Lecciones Bíblicas. She and her family served as missionaries in Spanish-speaking countries for many years. She currently lives in Texas, USA.
Gina Nored
Development Assistant
Gina Nored works with Mary to continue developing Mission Bible Class. When she isn’t editing lessons or filming training videos, Gina serves at her local church in New Zealand.
Gina Nored has been working with Mary since February 2024. Gina brings deep faith and many gifts to this ministry. In particular, she has added reflection questions and clearer connections to God in every lesson. Both teachers and students benefit from this spiritual guidance.

I have just found your web page. I too have been teaching Cradle Roll for over 40 years. I am now trying to supply the parents of our little ones Bible lessons while we are not having classes but are meeting for worship. By where you have been, I am sure we have common friends. Hi your website is really great! It is not that easy to find good and orderly written teaching materials to help the children with Bible lessons. Your presentation is excellent and very easy to follow your teaching methods. I can see that these lessons are from your own teaching experiences.
