A4 or Letter Size Paper?

Paper sizes can vary between countries.  Your printer may automatically adjust the size, but selecting the correct paper size ensures the planner fits nicely on a full page.  The two standard sizes are provided for download below.

• A4 is the international standard, and this paper size is the most commonly used worldwide.
• Letter-size paper is commonly used in North America and a few other countries.

Pdf or Docx File to Download?

There are two ways teachers are using these planning templates.  Some teachers fill in the planner by hand.  Others type it on their computer and then print it out.  There is no right or wrong choice; it is a matter of personal preference.

• Choose .pdf:
  If you want to print the planner template as is, fill it out by hand.
• Choose .docx:
  If you prefer to enter information into the planner template on your computer before printing.
