Teaching Children: Where Do I Start?

Tell the Story!

This website is based on story. Although it is a collection of over 170 Bible Stories, it is actually only one story, the Story of God as Revealed by Him in His Word.

The purpose of Mission Bible Class is to help you share God’s Word with children of all ages. Use and adapt these free resources to teach any age group in all kinds of teaching situations.

A well-told Bible story is the most natural and inter-generational method of sharing the Word of God. God bless you as you tell the story!

Additional Free Teaching Materials

Finding My Feet: Most of the teaching material on this website relates to children aged three and older but infants and toddlers aged 0-2 years have specific learning needs.  Click here for free curriculum for infants and toddlers.

  1. thank you for all the efforts making this Stories available here. I’m a person not good in arts this help me a lot. God bless you abundantly.

  2. Hi Mary. I found your website today 29/08/22. I Found your stuff very useful considering our circumstances and seeing that we cannot afford to buy at this point in time, A million thanks . This would really profit us a lot. I live in Knysna , South Africa and I pastor a small church here. Thanks again

  3. I cannot tell you how much your lessons mean to me! I have used them to develop curriculum through the Old Testament for our small congregation in Eastern Oklahoma. I taught New Testament for many years and will revamp what I did then to incorporate your lessons. I have taken all the songs from your website and added a few and put onto a songbook that can be printed. I would be happy to share it with anyone who would like it – it is saved as a pdf. Thanks so much for all that you have done and continue to do to be an inspiration for all of us volunteers.

    1. Dear Terry: Is it possible for you to share the songbook with me? I am teaching Sunday school classes and would like to have some resources for teaching. I appreciate your help!
